Cancellation Policy
I understand how unpredictable life is so I give all clients up to 3 hours before their appointment to cancel. No-shows and cancellations after the 3 hour window will receive a 25% fee of the total cost of their services. First-time clients must pay a deposit for certain services. If a first-time client no-shows or cancels and they have paid a deposit, the deposit becomes non-refundable but no extra fees will be given. Deposits are only required for your first appointment, any other appointments to follow will not require a deposit.
